The bank’s approach involves the use of simplified language, visual aids, and real-time updates to help customers understand how changes in interest rates affect their savings and investment returns. By enhancing the clarity of its policy communications, Fortis aims to reduce depositor uncertainty and encourage a more predictable pattern of deposit mobilization.
